Honors Uncalled for

The War Department has disposed of many of its " leftovers " from the War. It found that it still had on hand, however, 2,119,000 victory medals struck off to be given to all men who had served. So far 1,223,000 of these medals have been distributed, but almost twice as many remain to be disposed of.
