At Coucy-le-Chateau, near Noyon, lives an Italian who much resembles the physical Dr. Benito Mussolini. He says he is Mussolini's brother. Asked how it happened that he was not occupying an important post in the Italian Government, he replied: " Italy has given herself to Benito. But she has not married the whole Mussolini family! My brother is not the man to put his influence to that kind of use! "
