Money Back

Dr. William Allen Pusey was recently heckled by one Alexander Marky, editor of Pearson's Magazine, who demanded that, in order to make the American Medical Association "worthy of its true mission," the following motions should be introduced at the next A. M. A. convention:

1) If an operation is unsuccessful and a patient survives, the surgeon shall return the fee.

2) In case of death as a result of an operation, a surgeon shall be made to pay heavy damages.
