A lagoon 240 feet wide filled by water from the Great South Bay, canals flowing under pile-set villas, a fleet of gondolas imported from Venice, a huge swimming pool--these were the particulars of a Long Island real estate scheme announced last week by the Meister Builders, Inc. The site has been chosen, a 365 acre tract at Lyndhurst and Copiaque.
