Dr. Nooe (rhymes with oh-he) has now received a new honor--and a new kind of retirement. His church has commissioned him to be "minister to the world at large," and instructed him "to go out . . . in the proclamation of the Gospel of Our Lord and the unity of His people."

Dr. Nooe began his "retirement" by holding a series of seminars for young ministers in Indiana. Last week he went to Florida for a mission.
