Holland twice chatted cordially with Aramburu and held lengthy talks with Aramburu's No. 1 economic advisor, Raul Prebisch. They agreed to go ahead with the $60 million U.S. loan for an Argentine steel mill that had been in the works under Peron, and completed the spadework for future credits.
